Her area of specialisation encompasses corporate law and labor law broadly defined.
She has held managerial positions in large economic entities: KGHM Polska Miedź S.A. and PGE GiEK S.A., as well as in the bodies of other commercial companies. As part of her work, she initiated and led many important projects, including those involving changes towards the digitalisation of legal service processes and the preparation for the implementation of proper processes aimed at improving business and professional operations. She coordinated the management of high-value disputes and was the leader of special projects, including the construction of temporary hospitals during the COVID-19 pandemic.
In her more than ten-year practice, she supported entrepreneurs by building internal structures in specific industries such as gastronomy, medical entities, and production and trade. She built her litigation experience in dozens of civil and administrative proceedings, representing both individuals and collective entities.
Beyond her professional work, she lectures at the University of Wrocław, educating law students in commercial and economic law. She also conducts training and workshops both in professional education and on current legal topics.
She loves spending her free time actively, horse riding, traveling, or climbing mountain peaks.
